Pick a free 15 or 30 minute intro call, answer a few quick questions (name, email, phone, industry and what you would like to talk about), and you get a calendar invite with a Microsoft Teams link.
Need more time? A 60 minute working session is also on the booking page. It is paid when you book, and its price and cancellation terms are shown there before you pay.
After you book
You will get an email with a short, optional pre-meeting brief. It asks about the people involved, the problem, limits, success, budget and timing. Only your name and email are required, so skip any question you like. You can also open the brief now.
Booking details are held by the booking service and James's calendar. Payments for working sessions are handled by Stripe. The privacy note explains what is kept and for how long.
